Position Job Title: People Manager Business Partner

Position Summary
This People Manager Business Partner at New Home Co. is a key member of a cohesive and high functioning People Team. This specific role has responsibility for partnering with both homebuilding divisions and the company’s newly established mortgage operations.
The most qualified candidate for this position works independently with their client group on all areas of the team member lifecycle including recruiting, onboarding, compensation, engagement, talent development, and employee relations while maintaining a high level of professionalism. The People Manager reports to the Head of People and is a critical partner to various high-level leaders within the organization including division presidents and their senior team members. This person takes a flexible approach to problem-solving while exercising emotional intelligence, business literacy and critical thinking.

Strategic Business Partnership to Assigned Divisions including Mortgage Operations

Compliance & Employee Relations
Company Culture and Initiatives
Managerial Responsibility: This position does not supervise other employees.
Position Qualifications:
Base Salary: The expected base salary range for this position is between $100,000 to $130,000 per year, depending on experience and skillset. Base Salary is paid bi-weekly, every other Friday. Additionally, this position is eligible for an annual bonus based on divisional and individual performance.
