Position Job Title: Coordinator, Talent Acquisition
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Job Location: Irvine, CA
Position Summary
This position is a key member of the People Team at New Home Co. with responsibility for the coordination and tracking of all recruiting and new hire administration. The most qualified candidate for this role is highly organized and pays great attention to detail. This position reports directly to the head of the People team and indirectly to the Sr Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
Managerial Responsibility: This position does not supervise other employees.
Position Qualifications:
Base Salary: The expected base salary range for this position is between $55,000 to $60,000 per year, depending on experience and skillset. Base Salary is paid bi-weekly, every other Friday. Additionally, this position is eligible for an annual bonus based on divisional and individual performance.
